Instagrid App - Web, Mobile & Tablet
(2022) The Instagrid App is a cross-platform solution (mobile, web, and tablet) built to manage the entire Instagrid product ecosystem. From troubleshooting and firmware updates to full fleet management, the app brings critical tools into one unified experience.
This was a large-scope project where I led design across all aspects of the product. I managed a small design team and worked closely with Instagrid’s in-house design team, product team, and product owner to align on vision, coordinate execution, and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
Cross Platform Design System
Faced with the challenge of creating a unified design system, I led the effort to design and implement a solution that works seamlessly across mobile, web, and tablet. Working closely with the development team and product lead, I defined the system’s foundations, component library, and usage guidelines. The result is a scalable framework that ensures visual consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across platforms, while streamlining collaboration between design and engineering.
